But Don’t Leave Your Vitality To Chance

More than half of the U.S. states challenged the liberal Democrats’ “ObamaCare” law in federal court, asserting the law’s mandate requiring all citizens to buy health insurance Florida is unconstitutional. Last week, a federal judge in Florida agreed. Since the entire legislative monstrosity depends vitally on that mandate, the judge went on to say the entire law is “void.”

Eventually the Supreme Court will decide who’s right. That mandate is indeed central to liberals’ philosophy of health care reform, since it leads inexorably to the government’s power to shut down the free market in health care and insurance and replace it with government-run medicine (a long-sought goal of the U.S. Left and collectivists everywhere). Conservatives agree our health care system could use some improvement, but believe fixes to our free-market system are the way to go. After all, they argue, the free market is what made the existing U.S. medical system the most advanced ever known.

But the liberals would rather shred the free market system and execute a government takeover of health care in America. It is unconstitutional – the dizzying intellectual rationalizations required to see the mandate as aligned with Congress’ power to regulate interstate commerce is a legal version of the sort of overreach for which the current left-dominated federal government is famous. But that didn’t stop them from passing it. Parliamentary procedures long honored by both parties in Congress prohibited the legislation from being passed the way it was. But that didn’t stop them. Poll after poll has shown that Americans oppose the legislation approximately two-to-one. But that didn’t stop them.continue to latest post!

Luckily for Americans, our system of checks-and-balances does provide us with some protection from such overreaching liberal shenanigans. The Supreme Court is the check against the other two branches of government in this case, and the Court should agree with the judge in last week’s ruling that declared ObamaCare Florida unconstitutional But given the sharp divide between left and right – and the narrow margin – in today’s Supreme Court, it’s far from a sure bet.

If ObamaCare Florida stands, it will take a few years, but you will lose the opportunity you now have for excellent medical care. It’s just a simple fact that government cannot run a nationwide health care system as well as the free market can (it’s been proven everywhere it’s been tried), and the ultimate losers will be the patients.

So don’t leave your very health and vitality up to the government! You need your energy to weather the coming economic storm (which will make the current downturn seem like the salad days). So take personal responsibility for your health habits. Focus on improving yourself in the five key areas I call The NEWSS: Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sleep, and Supplements. Eat good food, and cut out the garbage. Get your heart rate up for a few minutes every day. Drink two liters of water daily. Get your eight hours in the sack. And take at least one good multi-nutrient supplement, every single day.

Get yourself checked every month – take your blood pressure as a minimum, and think about a monthly chiropractic adjustment. And, twice or more each year, do a good fast-and-cleanse to clean out your system and boost your vitality and energy.

It’s up to you to stay healthy… government medicine is not going to help you! They used to say an apple a day kept the doctor away.See more on this link:http://health.wusf.usf.edu/post/2016-election-health-implications-women#stream/0

These days it takes discipline with a few key daily health habits to keep the doctor – or rather, the federal medical bureaucracy – away from your health care. Eventually, we all age, and we’ll all need medical insurance Florida at some point. Given what that care is likely to be like by the time you and I must rely on it, it’s just good common sense to do everything we can to delay that day, and to live vital, full lives in the meantime.…

The Obama Administration’s political opponents and adversaries would like nothing more than what they call a nightmare “ObamaCare” to just go away. Of course, that’s not likely to happen unless the Supreme Court decides that the law is unconstitutional. As the Obama Administration believes they have case law behind them using a piece of “The Commerce Clause” to justify the mandatory purchase of health insurance Florida by each citizen.

Most strict constitutional lawyers disagree, although those on the left side of the political spectrum don’t seem to want to bring up the issue, whereas those who are against ObamaCare Florida do. There was an interesting article circulating virally over the weekend from AmeriPac – American Political Action Committee titled “Put ObamaCare Out of Its Misery! – One Step Closer to Victory: Florida Judges Skewer Healthcare Bill” which stated;

“Judges in the 111th District Court in Florida are gearing up to declare ObamaCare unconstitutional. Chief Judge Joel Dubina said, “I can’t find any case like this. If we uphold this, are there any limits” on the power of the federal government? The 111th Circuit Court of Appeals (group of 26 states) representing 50% of the U.S. population argued that ObamaCare Florida individual mandate is unconstitutional because gives the federal government limitless power to make Americans do whatever it wants.”

In considering all this I have a question; does ObamaCare Florida need an end of life counseling session? As you know “end of life counseling” is indeed part of the ObamaCare Law. Now, after making everyone purchase healthcare insurance, including small businesses, and large corporations, and then having issued waivers to about 150 large corporations over ObamaCare it seems rather unfair to have the whole thing disappear, after everyone has been compliant.

However, if this law is deemed unconstitutional prior to the re-election of President Obama (assuming he will be re-elected), it could very well become a sideshow for comedians, and prevent him from getting reelected. In fact his political opponents are hoping so. Personally, I don’t feel the government should tell me that I have to buy anything, and I am pretty certain it is unconstitutional, no matter what type of finagling or bizarre interpretation of the law the Supreme Court throws back.Click this link here!

Extra Healthcare ServicesIt would appear to me if ObamaCare Florida is deemed fair and within the spirit of the Constitution, then I’d say the Supreme Court has been corrupted, made itself irrelevant, and we are no longer a nation with a Constitution. Although I am not a strict constitutionalism, we do have laws in this country, and we can’t go around making arbitrary mandates without first changing the law. After all, that’s how it is supposed to work and President Obama did once teach a side class at the University on Constitutional Law, so he cannot say he didn’t know.

First you change the constitution, prior to mandating anything that is not constitutional. The Democrats and Obama Administration did not do that, rather our elected representatives passed a bill they never read, and President Obama signed it into law before anyone knew what they were doing. President Obama’s political opponents call that unacceptable. And personally I concur. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.…
